In this role, you will provide essential support and services to students, helping to foster academic achievement and personal growth. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student receives the appropriate care and instruction. Responsibilities: - Caseload: Elementary, majority Gen Ed, few SPED students, no IEP
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student development and well-being
- Assist in implementing behavior or educational plans as needed
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications: - Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Current Minnesota Social Work License (Licensed Master Social Worker - LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
- Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral, social, and clinical methodologies relevant to school social work
